This manufactured home (24'x37') is located in a 55+ community in
Tarpon Springs, Florida. It has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a large
living room, dining room, galley kitchen, attached Florida room (10'x20') with its own a/c. This room also has a futon that is quite comfortable for sleeping and a large carport (10'x30'). There is a new washer/dryer in the attached shed and an orange tree in the back that will keep you in orange juice from Dec - March. I will furnish more pictures upon request.

Tarpons Springs is one of the most desirable locations on the Gulf
Coast of Florida for its location and amenities. The community has
a heated pool and a nicely equipped recreational facility and
shuffleboard courts. There is poker nights, mahjong and bingo every Wednesday evening. There is a Red Hats Society and golf and shuffleboard leagues. There is a small lake on the property where several of your larger birds love to gather. During the winter months there is a potluck supper and several dances with live entertainment and dj's. All renters are welcome to attend. Just a very nice community.
activities and attractions in Tarpon Springs Gulf Coast Central
The home is located across the street from Lake Tarpon which boasts some
of the best Bass fishing in the state of Florida and less than 10
minutes from Howard Park and several other beautiful Gulf beaches. Tampa airport is only 25 miles from here and takes only 35 minutes to get there.
Orlando theme parks are 90 miles, Busch Gardens and Tampa are 30
minutes away. Fishing boats leave the Tarpon Springs sponge docks
in downtown Tarpon Springs in early mornings. The village itself
has wonderful Greek restaurants and is just a great place to relax
and watch the boats. What we enjoy the most is the beautiful parks in the area that are all within 15 minutes from here that cost no money. Pack a lunch and go. Just a great, great area.
vacation rental rates
The rates are $1200 - $1400 per month. Available now are June to October 2009 and April 6, 2010 to December 2010. If you rent for 3 or more months there is a $100 per month discount. Included in the rent is water, sewer, elctricity, twice a week trash pick up, cable (2 tv's, 1 HD) with extended cable and wireless internet. There is no land line for the phone since most people have cell phones.
