Lakefront home on sandy Lake Huron shore, $1,800/week (June-Sept)
Immaculate and clean 3 bed+den/2.5 bath house. Indoor dining/kitchen/living/side rooms overlook amazing lake views. Dining area has large dining table with seating for eight. Central A/C throughout, cable and laundry.
Bedroom Detail
Two upper bedrooms have queen beds. Upper side room has a large pull-out couch with memory foam mattress. Downstairs bedroom has 3 twin beds and second full bathroom. Large common area downstairs. Bedding is high thread count with washable duvets and coverlets that are cleaned prior to each stay.

vacation rental rates
Weekly minimum rental. Rental rates are $1,500/week through June 30, 2013 and $1,800 for Memorial Day Weekend. Rental rates from July 1st through August 31st are $2,000/week.
There is a $500 deposit to reserve week at time of booking. Full payment is required two weeks prior to arrival date. Each stay requires a $100 cleaning fee and $350 security deposit.
