The home is beautifully decorated and recently renovated. The 1st floor has a spacious fully equipped kitchen with high end appliances and bar top island. A Living Room with 2 large comfortable couches that could easily double as beds, a powder room and small dining area. 

The 2nd floor has 2 bedrooms, each with queen sized beds, ample closet space, and private bathrooms. A laundry is located in the hallway separating the bedrooms

The rooftop deck has a barbeque cooktop, bar sink, and high top table for casual meals and cocktails while watching the Cruise Ships make their way to and from the docks.   

The property is a one minute stroll away from the Five Star Weston Resort with its infamous "Latitudes" restaurant and full service spa.
