The property is situated on two plus acres of woodland, on a sub division with open space meadows for hiking in summer and snow shoeing in winter.
Come and enjoy the peace and quiet, yet be in town within fifteen minutes!

One queen bed in separate bedroom area, leading to en suite bathroom with shower/bath combo.
Kitchen dining area with sink, microwave with grill, cook top, coffee maker, dishwasher, small fridge freezer.
Dining table seats two to four. Continuing through this open space you will find a lounge area with sofa, chair, TV, DVD player, DVD and CD library, radio/CD player and ipod player.
Balcony has bistro style dining for two for al fresco mornings and evenings.
