This wonderful condo with its priceless location is the perfect beach getaway for couples or small families. The condo is located in a nice multi unit complex right on the Oceanfront in Pacific Beach (one block North of Crystal Pier). Walk out the front door and you are surrounded by beautiful ocean views. Walk a couple of steps and your feet are in the sands. Located at 4667 Ocean Boulevard, this vacation retreat is in the center of everything – beach, fun, dining, shopping, sightseeing and much more!
The 750 sq. ft. nicely decorated unit features an open floor plan with living, dining and kitchen area. The living area offers a flat screen TV with DVD player and comfortable seating. The kitchen is fully equipped and offers dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, blender and much more. Sleeping arrangements include a King bed (that also could be used as two twin beds), two twin beds and a double sleeping sofa in the living room.
Linens, towels, various supplies, beach chairs, beach towels and a pack n play are offered for your convenience. There is one assigned garage parking spot (9 feet wide).
You will have access to the communities heated pool, spa, sundeck/patio and BBQs.
