The 1 bedroom unit features an open floor plan with living, dining and kitchen area. The living area offers a flat screen TV with DVD player and comfortable seating (couch folds to a queen sleeping bed). The kitchen is fully equipped and offers dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, blender and much more. Sleeping arrangements include a King bed (that also could be used as two twin beds) and a queen sleeping sofa in the living room.

The unit faces the south, looking out the window you see the ocean to the west.

Linens, towels, various supplies, beach chairs, beach towels and a pack n play are offered for your convenience. There is one assigned garage parking spot (9 feet wide and 6 feet high).

You will have access to the communities heated pool, spa, sundeck/patio and BBQs.
