Vacation Rental Description

Brand new, three bedroom, two bath, 1500 square foot, luxury-living  
condo's nestled along the 14th fairway of the Jones Golf Course at  
SeaTrail Plantation just minutes from Sunset Beach voted by Dukes  
University #1 Beach on the East Coast. Perfect for that summer  
vacation or as a all year round location for that golfing break. All  
fixtures and fittings including linen are new and as we the owners  
maintain the property, not an agent, everything is meticulously  
cleaned and in pristine condition.  
 
Imagine long walks down the beautiful surrounding coastlines of the  
Carolinas, playing the most challenging, championship golf courses in  
the world and staying in luxury accomodation on one of the most  
profond plantations around.  Set amongst the heartland of the  
American golfing industry these brand new, privately owned  
condominiums are proudly positiones along the 14th fairway of the  
Rees Jones golf course at SeaTrail resort.   
Overlooking the beautiful waters of the Calabash Creek and resident  
osprey nesting posts is the perfect setting for any vacation.  This  
picturesque resort is only a comfortable five-minute bike ride from  
the white, sandy shores of Sunset beach what was voted "Best Beach on  
the east coast" by Duke university. 
 
These 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom condominiums are all brand new and 1,500  
square feet in size making them neatly spacious and provide easy  
living and accessibility.  Each sleeps 6-8 people comfortably with  
the arrangement of 2 fulls and 4 twin beds. 
 
The condos all include within them fridge/freezers with ice makers,  
microwave, oven, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, large projection  
television with luxury 150 channel Satellite package including HBO,  
DVD player, mini hi-fi, screened porch, ceiling fans, air  
conditioning/heating and many other comforts to make your vacation  
more enjoyable.  Included within your stay you will receive all  
towels, linen and a complimentary welcome pack courtesy of Coastal  
Management LLC.  All the condominiums are non smoking and  
unfortunately we do not allow any pets.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Amongst 2000 acres of immaculate surroundings there are so many fun  
time activities.  SeaTrail offers 3 championship golf courses each  
individual and unique in their own way.  Two clubhouses service the  
resort each with fully equipped pro shops, club houses and snack  
bars.  As guests of Coastal Management LLC you gain access to 2  
outdoor swimming complexes each with jacuzzis, and adjacent tennis  
courts.  Exercise rooms, a floodlight driving range , 2 putting  
greens, chipping area are also found on the resort to test even the  
biggest of enthusiasts.   
 
The village activity center lets you enjoy the leisure of indoor and  
outdoor swimming pools, whirl pools, a sauna, exercise room and a  
fully licensed massage therapist.  In the summer the children may  
enjoy speacial activities such as face painting, tie dying and piza  
parties.

Activities and Attractions

Golf:  
With over 30 golfing resorts in the Brunswick county alone and over  
100 more in the surrounding area of Myrtle Beaches well renowned  
Grand Strand no other destination rivals the area with regard to  
sheer quality.  The coastal terrain make it year long great golf and  
with designs being made by Jack Nicklaus, Arnold Palmer, Tom Fazio,  
Robert Trent Jones and Greg Norman just to name a few its no suprise  
why golfers keep coming back year after year.   
 
The area has over 35 courses in the area gaining a 4 star rating from  
the golfers digest places to play.  Its not only the courses Myrtle  
Beach hosts position to many golf superstores up and down the Grand  
Strand which have a full range of golfing goods.  
 
Practicing is fun too with floodlight driving ranges in close  
proximity, floodlight par 3 courses and many outrageously fun playing  
minature golf you can enjoy whatever time of day.   
 
 
Entertainment:   
 
Entertainment for the whole family is definitely not far from your  
grasp.  From dining to dancing, great themed restaurants to the best  
outlet and speciality shopping around.  Weve got waterparks,  
amusement parks, historic homes, museums, comedy clubs and dance  
clubs, sports bars and race car tracks, motion simulators, miniature  
golf, windsurfing, haunted houses, river cruises, para sailing, boat  
rentals, bowling alleys, cinemas, and still the list goes on.   
 
The kids are sure to enjoy a trip to Ripley's great aquarium with the  
largest display of sharks on the east coast or to cool off try Myrtle  
waves water park. 
 
Day trips are close and not far between Alligator adventure is sure  
to captivate everyone with its fantastic live shows and huge array of  
reptile life including Utan the largest croc known to man.
