Quadmanor in Flagstaff

Quadmanor is across the street from the Coconise National Forest.
Both upstairs and downstairs bedrooms have king-size beds with
private bathrooms. The downstairs bedroom has a queen size leather
sofa-bed and a four season fireplace, and a computer with high speed
internet, and a printer/copier/fax machine. The 3rd bedroom has a
bunk bed and a remote cd/radio player and an electric four season
fireplace. A Jetted tub is in the upstairs bathroom. The dining room
table has 6 chairs.
Quadmanor provides a large stainless steel gas barbecue grill on a
large wrap-around deck, a firepit and table with chairs. The deck
provides an awsome view of the Coconise National Forest.

This Vacation Rental comes completely furnished including dishes,
cooking utensils, and baking supplies. You can cook, bake or grill,
all spices and condiments are supplied. There are plenty of linens,
blankets and towels and even a washer\dryer. The bathrooms are
stocked with bath essentials, When you arrive, the home will be
clean and set up with linens, towels, etc to accommodate the
appropriate amount of people. There is another three-sided glass
four season electric fireplace in the living room. There are 2 playpens and a high chair. We provide cable television, dvd, and unlimited wireless and wired
high speed internet. You have unlimited long distance calls from
anywhere within the United States.

Enjoy sight-seeing, hiking and fishing at any of the nearby lakes.
The quads are street legal. There are multitudes of scenic trails and
forestry roads. Slide Rock and Oak Creek Canyon is just a 30 minutes
drive into Sedona down Schnebly hill on the quads. We provide the
maps for the local trails.

Munds Park is about 19 miles south of Flagstaff and 13 miles to
Sedona. About 70 miles further north of Flagstaff is the Grand
Canyon which is the top area attraction with some 5 million visitors
annually. Other popular sites nearby are the dormant volcanos at
Sunset Crater National Monument, the Indian ruins at Wupatki and
Walnut Canyon, Meteor Crater (the worlds largest), Oak Creeks red
rock canyons and Monument Valley. The San Francisco Peaks attract
people all year. Aspen forests sport bright yellow colors in the
fall and wild flowers appear each spring. In winter, there is
abundant snow. Lowell Observatory in Flagstaff has historic and
modern telescopes, and is open to the public. The planet Pluto was
discovered at this observatory.
