April - September 2009:      $600/week - $1500/month
October - November 2009:  $650week - $1550month
December - March 2009:    $1600/month (monthly rental only) 

$500 booking/damage deposit due with signed rental agreement to hold
dates.

Payment by personal/business check (U.S. funds) or cashier's check
or money order.


Refund Policy:
Cancellation must be made 45 days prior to arrival date or deposit
is forfeited. If unit is re-rented for the cancelled time period,
the deposit will be refunded.

If cancellation is less than 30 days after rental payment has been
made, no refunds unless unit is re-rented.
