Vacation Rental Description

Don't miss this one! This is a real comfortable, authentic, 3 
Bedroom, 1.5 Bath, Sante Fe design with a lot of charm. Home is 
situated on almost 1/2 acre and has a private, country setting that 
boasts magnificent mountain and desert views. The cozy front room 
has lots of character, a log beam ceiling, and a large entertainment 
nook and a wagon wheel view to dining room. Bright Southwest kitchen 
with skylight. Home has lots of tile with neutral carpet in the 
bedrooms. The covered back patio is great to enjoy the spectacular 
sunset views and overlooks the large backyard with cactus garden and 
outdoor cooking area. A wonderful layout that surely will create 
many memorable nights cooking out and enjoying cocktails in your own 
private slice of Arizona. 

Vacation Rental Amenities

All furnishings, linens, utilities (including phone, internet, and 
full premium cable) provided. Beautiful, large yard for enjoyable, 
romantic days and nights under beautiful Arizona skies.

Cleaning Fee of $150 is non-refundable.

No pets and no smoking please.

Activities and Attractions

Only 30 minutes to Sky Harbor airport, Scottsdale, or Downtown 
Phoenix; 15 minutes to Apache Junction and the Superstition 
mountains; 40 minutes to mountain reservoirs, and only 2 1/2 hours 
to skiing. Abundant 4-Wheeling, Hiking, Golfing, Swimming, Museums, 
Theaters, Resort activities can all be found within 20 to 40 minutes!

Vacation Rental Rates

April - September 2008:   $650/week  - $2250/month  
October - November 2008:  $750/week  - $2450/month
December - March 2009:                 $2850/month  (monthly rental only during these months)

$500 booking/damage deposit due with signed rental agreement to hold 
dates. 

Payment by personal/business check (U.S. funds) or cashier's check 
or money order.  


Refund Policy:
Cancellation must be made 45 days prior to arrival date or deposit 
is forfeited.  If unit is re-rented for the cancelled time period, 
the deposit will be refunded.  

If cancellation is less than 30 days after rental payment has been 
made, no refunds unless unit is re-rented.
