overlooks the beach and bay and provides a private retreat for 
basking in the sun. The property has been owned by one family for 
over 50 years and this is the first time the property has been 
available since the 1940s. The interior is meticulously appointed and offers a Pottery Barn look and 
feel to the residence. The furnishings and appointments are new, fresh, clean and comfortable.  

Vacation Rental Amenities

The residence is fully furnished. The designer kitchen is complete with 
professional cookware and appliances including dishwasher, microwave and 
ice maker. Wolfgang Puck would feel right at home! The residence is equipped with a washer and 
dryer. A two-car garage on property is included with the property.

Activities and Attractions

The property is minutes away from excursion boats to Provincetown, 
whale watching and bay cruises. Golfing is minutes away at Pine 
Hills, White Cliffs, Atlantic Golf Club, Waverly Oaks and many other of the newest 
and most acclaimed golf courses in the country!  Cape Cod and the 
Vineyward are easy day-trips and Boston is an easy ride by car or 
rail into Boston's South Station. Downtown Plymouth, the Mayflower 
and Plymouth Rock are just 15 mintues away. Biking trails are 
abundant. 

Vacation Rental Rates

Off season rates of $1500-$2000 per week and summer rates of $2500 to $3000 
per week.  From October to May, daily rental available at $300 per 
night with a 2 night minimum.
