3-bedroom condo for a vacation you will never forget--biking-hiking, golf and charter fishing

condominium, the newest addition to Harbor Lights Resort, on the beach in the quaint Village of 
Frankfort. From its vaulted great room and fully-equipped kitchen, to its master bedroom suite 
complete with whirlpool bath, your family or group will enjoy 1600 square feet of vacation luxury 
and comfort. 

Everything you need to feel at home is included in this spectacular 
condominium, tastefully decorated in Northern Michigan décor. Three 
private bedrooms (two queen beds and twins) and a sleeper sofa 
(queen) accommodate families or groups of up to 8 comfortably. Giant 
walk-in closet off master bedroom suite offers spacious storage for 
luggage, beach toys, sports items, baby furniture, etc. Master 
bathroom features double vanity, whirlpool bath for two and shower; 
second bath features tub/shower. All bedding, linens and towels are 
provided, as are iron and board. 

Fully-equipped kitchen includes everything you need for casual to 
gourmet cooking (our family cooked Thanksgiving dinner for 8 here 
last year!). Entertainment bar with stools is perfect for breakfast, 
enjoy lunch seating on your deck and your dining  room setting can seat 
8 for dinner. A cozy gas fireplace and under-flooring radiant heating system 
take the chill off of cool mornings or keeps everyone toasty during 
your winter get away. Bring your laptop and enjoy the convenience of 
the unit’s high-speed, wireless internet connection. For indoor 
entertainment, there are three color TVs/VCRs, CD player and room 
surround sound. And feel free to use any of the available family 
games or books/magazines from our guest library collection. The 
resort offers a common entertainment room, the always popular 
indoor pool and Jacuzzi, and central laundry facilities.

Views from your roomy balcony include picturesque Betsie Bay 
sunrises to the East and spectacular Lake Michigan sunsets to the 
West. The quaint Village of Frankfort—with its generous selection of 
restaurants, wonderful boutique shops, first run movie theater and 
busy marina--starts just one block from your doorstep. Frankfort, in 
beautiful Benzie County, is one of Northern Michigan’s great 
untapped destination secrets.  Surrounding Frankfort are dunes, blue

boat/sailboat/jet ski rentals available from Frankfort-area marinas. 
Canoeing, kayaking and rafting on nearby Crystal River and the 
area’s many clear water streams. Visit breath-taking Sleeping Bear 
Dunes National Park (25 miles away) for dune climbs and park tours. 
Six outstanding golf courses—over 90 challenging holes are within 
ten miles. Winter skiing (downhill and cross country) at popular 
Crystal Mountain slopes (20 minutes away) and the county’s many 
lakeshore trails. Frankfort’s outstanding hiking and biking 
trails/paths (40 mile route) show off rivers, lakes, countrysides 
and wooded areas. Sightseeing and country festivals abound in the 
region, including nearby Leelenau county’s and Old Mission 
Peninsula’s famous wine country (some 15 outstanding wineries!). 
Frankfort shopping, restaurants and movie theater. Evenings can 
include great casino entertainment in nearby Arcadia, fabulous 
regional restaurants and “big city” attractions in Traverse City (40

Spring-Fall Color/Golf/Fishing/Wine Tours (May-third Friday June, Labor Day-October) $2050/wk  
$299/day rates. Ask about our 3-night specials 
with extra night Free.

Winter Ski  (Nov-April, exception: Winter Holiday week)  
$1550/wk $229/night, 2-night minimum. Ask about our 3-
night specials with extra night Free.

Winter Holidays (Dec 24-Jan 1) $2300/8 day wk, $360/nt, 3-night 
minimum.

Spring Golf/Biking/Wine Tours (April 1-June 1) $1800/wk,
