This beautiful new property is located just 1.5 blocks from the mid-way stop of the gondola! It has great views and a private hot tub! When you enter this home you are greeted by a warm living area with 2 comfortable sofas, TV, fireplace, and fantastic views. Adjacent to the living area is the kitchen offering stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a bar area with seating for 4. There is also seating for 6 in the beautiful rustic style dining room. Between the dining area and living area is access to the balcony which offers a barbecue grill, hot tub, and more great views (sorry not much room for seating with the hot tub and grill). In addition there is a Nintendo Wii at this property for a couple games after a good day outside in the fresh mountain air.

Up a level is the sumptuous master suite which offers a queen bed, TV, jacuzzi tub, separate shower, and dual sinks.

Downstairs are the other three bedrooms, the first one being the second master which offers a queen bed and private bath. The next bedroom offers a queen bed and TV and there is a bathroom across the hall for use by this bedroom. There is also a kids room on this level that offers a bunk bed with a twin on top and double on the bottom.

This home's excellent location is perfect for people coming to Breckenridge to ski, hike, bike, or just visit the town. It has quick and easy access to the gondola or the shuttle and is just a short walk in to town. It is so central to everything that everyone will be delighted by it's location and it is the perfect place to come home to after a day about Breckenridge!

This property can accommodate a maximum of 8 adults, or 10 total with children. The minimum age limit to rent 25. Guests under the age of 25 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times.
This property can accommodate a maximum of 3 vehicles.
4x4 is highly recommended during any date that snow may occur.
Ski access is 1 1/2 blocks to the Gondola
Minimum night stay requirements do apply, and for dates that allow less than a 5 night minimum stay there is a cleaning fee of $200 + tax that will be applied to your rental.
The refundable damage deposit is $500.00 and will be collected in advance.
