condo. Bring your computer because the unit features high speed broadband internet access. This unit 
has a split floor plan with access to the large beachfront balcony from both bedrooms and the living 
room. It has a new kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. The bathrooms 
have been completely redone. There is new furniture. The master bedroom has a king bed and the second 
bedroom has two single beds. The views of the beach and Gulf from the large balcony are fabulous.  
Crescent Beach Club is within walking distance of the Shoppe’s of Sand Key. 

Crescent Beach Club offers amenities such as fitness rooms, billiards room, heated swimming pool in 
the winter and BBQ grills to mention a few.

May through July $3000.00* per month
May through July $2600.00* Two Weeks
August through October $2800.00* per month
August through October $2500.00** Two Weeks
November and December $3000.00 per month
November and December $2500.00 Two Weeks
* During the months of July, August, and September there is an additional $100.00 Electric surcharge.
**Crescent Beach Club has a two week minimum stay policy 
Add $100.00 move out cleaning fee to all rentals
There is a $500.00 Security/Damage Deposit (Refundable providing 
there is no damage)
Add 12% tax to all rentals
