Beautiful custom decorated - upscale 3 Bedroom, 2 full Bath, Oceanfront condo in Windy Hill area of North Myrtle Beach. Amazing view from 4th floor on private balcony includes outdoor dining table and chairs.
The main Living Room has a wall-mounted 48" flat screen TV and DVD player, accompanied with a four-recliner sectional sofa and two 'slide out arm' end tables. Indoor Dining Room includes seating for 6, plus 3 additional custom tall chairs at kitchen bar area.
Kitchen has been upgraded to include stainless steel appliances and Silestone counter tops. A free-standing island makes serving easy and accessible. Kitchen is equipped with small electric items such as Can Opener, Toaster, and includes silverware, all serving utencils, pots and pans, and mixture of glassware.
Mirrors accent throughout the condo to offer openness and additional 'natural' lighting.
The main Living Room overlooks the Ocean and also opens up to a large enclosed private balcony. A large privately-gated Swimming Pool can be partially seen from balcony.
The Master Bedroom suite has a pillow-top King Bed for ultimate comfort, and has a private double-slider to same private large enclosed balcony, wall-mounted flat screen TV with an enclosed DVD player. The Master Bathroom has a double-sink-mirrored vanity with volumes of under-sink storage, plus a jetted Bath Tub.
The 2nd Bedroom has a pillow-top Queen Bed set. The 3rd Bedroom set also has a Queen Bed set. Both rooms have TVs and face the front of the complex which share the 2nd full Bath.

Upon receipt of final payment, a contract will be sent to you signed by the owner along with a parking pass and key.
