Come stay at the most beautiful beaches in the world! Our Cozy and Bright Beach home is located in the desirable and quiet Thomas Drive area. It is only a Short walk to the beautiful Gulf of Mexico and within walking distance to many Fun Family attractions! We are close to everything, but not in the middle of the bumper to bumper traffic.

With space to sleep up to ten you'll want to return often!

All the conveniences of home including your own closed in garage, fenced in yard and outdoor shower. Avoid the overcrowded hotel parking decks and elevators. Tom Thumb convenience store is located just a few yards from house and makes it easy to get things you may have forgotten, the kids especially love their 0.79 cent slushies :-) Other grocery/convenience stores within 2 miles.

Lots of Fun for the whole family!

Easily walk to Emerald Falls Putt-Putt golf, Go-Carts, Bumper Boats and Bungee Sling Shot.

Also, a very short walk to many great places for dining such as Capt'n Jacks seafood buffet, Liza's, Finn's Surf Shack, Pickle Patch and more! Take a 5 minute drive to see attractions such as Wonderworks, Ripley's and Zoo World. On Thomas drive visit Captain Anderson's Marina, Boatyard Restaurant, Schooners Beach dining, or Mr.Surf's Surf Shop to rent paddle boards, surfboards and bikes.

Golf courses are also just a short drive away(within 2 -3 miles). St Andrews Park is just over 2.5 miles away with ferry rides to Shell Island and lots of beautiful beaches, shelling and wild life. Ship Wreck Island Water Park is within 3-4 miles.

Panama City Beach Winery is less than a mile away on Thomas Drive. Pier Park is also short drive for great shopping and entertainment!

Room Descriptions (9ft celings through out home)
Master - The master bedroom has a king size posturepedic mattress, private bathroom, HD TV and dvd player with French doors that lead to a your own private deck.

Bunks - Down the hall from the master is a kid friendly room with Full over Full bunk bed which easily sleeps 4 children.

Queen- The third bedroom has a queen size bed and is located at the end of the hall. There is also a queen sleeper sofa on the main floor for additional sleeping accommodations.

Dinning Area and Living Room area features a large antiqued table that accommodates up to 8 people with addtnl seating at bar. Enjoy meals together and reminisce about the fun you've had that day! Living area has a queen sleeper sofa, loveseat and HD TV, dvd player.

Kitchen is fully equipped kitchen, large refrigerator w/ icemake, dishwasher oven/stove microwave etc..., with pot/pans/utensils/coffee maker, blender, slow cooker/crock pot.

One car garage.

Beach Access(easy walk, 1.5 - 2 blocks):
The beach is a close walk and you have two access points, #16 and #17, your choice.

Beach access #16 is right next to El Solei and has public parking making it easy to load up the car and take all your stuff to the beach in one trip.

R.Seltzer Park is also a short walk and has public parking along with restrooms, showers and a ramp for handicap accessibility.
