Ponce Penthouse in Ponce Inlet

Amazing top (7th) floor penthouse directly across the street from the ocean. Fabulous ocean and river views as well as a great view of the famous Ponce Inlet Lighthouse are offered from the semi-private rooftop sundeck. We left you our binoculars for breathtaking up close views.  The huge roomy balcony is 28ft long and has access from the living room as well as the master bedroom.Keep the patio door open at night as the sound from the ocean will serenade you to a restful sound sleep.Wake up in the morning and walk directly across the street to a board walk that takes you though the sand dunes to the beach and enjoy a spectacular sunrise! What a way to start your day!

This vacation condo has been tastefully decorated and updated to insure a relaxing, enjoyable and memorable vacation stay. All linens, beach towels, beach chairs and umbrellas are in place for your use. The master bedroom has a large king four post comfy bed. The gust room has two single beds. Both bedrooms as well as the living room have cable tv's. A new full size washer and dryer is in the laundry room. The kitchen is very well equipped with dishwasher,electric stove, microwave, coffee pot, toaster, utensils, and a new fridge with ice maker. There is a swimming pool and lounge chairs.

The Ponce Inlet area has it all or it is very close by! The unit is across the street from the no drive beach. You can also drive the beach just a few blocks down. Check out the many charming and unique restaurants for a seafood feast. Ponce offers the best in local, fresh and tasty food with much of it caught that day. Catch a window seat or sit outdoors and on many days catch the dolphins swim by! Local wildlife galore so be sure to have a camera with you at all times. Daytona Beach is just minutes to the north. NASA liftoffs are easily seen from the beach or sundeck. Festivals, concerts, races, movies, museums, fishing, golfing, boating are just a small selection of a great vacation awaits you!
