Altamira HideAway in Carlsbad

A serene, and desirable 2 bed 1 bath, very safe Quiet and clean
neighborhood. Pull out sofa bed in the front rm.2 twin beds in the
guest rm,and a king size bed in the master bedroom.Our hideaway
home is beautifully furnish.Our guest have access to the pool and
jacuzzi.
Shopping centers,Outlet stores and ethnic restaurants are
very closed to the area.1/2 mile to the beach.Downtown Carlsbad
Village 3/4 miles,is known for many antique shops,restaurants,night
life.

Disneyland, and Knotsberry farm.Mexico is about 75 minute drive.

Our kitchen is large, with microwave, diswasher,refrigerator etc.
The unit has two TV's w/cable,vcr&dvd player,stereo cd player.
Inclosed yard with table, chairs w/umbrella and barbecue
grill.Our hideaway is equipped with most of our guests needs. A
list has been put together to help meet our guest needs,such as
barbershop,groceries and drugstores that are closed to
the area.Our home is a fine spot centrely located and in a quiet,
safe neighborhood. Experience California,and the Carlsbad lifestyle.

Altamira Hideaway is closed to the beach, for boogeyboarding,
waterskiing,jetskiing.Guests with children, Legoland California is
10 minutes away from the guest house.Carlsbad flower fields is 5
minutes drive.Four seasons hotel is approximately one mile,La Costa
Ranch Resort and Spa,is 2 miles away. Our famous San Diego Zoo is 35-
45 minutes drive,Seaworld San Diego,is 20-30 minutes, Wild animal
Park,30-40 minutes. Downtown San Diego and the exciting Gas Lamp
District, for night life, as well as dinner cruises and many more
dinning establishment
.Amtrak station is located downtown Carlsbad, to ride to
downtown San Diego, to visit the Old Town, for fine mixican food, and
Dancing.

Weekly Rates vary from $900 off season and 1200 high season per week.
Monthly rates are available pets allowed upon approval at an
additional fee.Holidays same as high season.
