Living Room and Dining Room 
Step in from the entrance foyer to be greeted by this large open plan room with Cathedral ceiling and triple sliding doors opening into the lanai with beautiful views of the marina and the river. The tile flooring is complimented with oriental rug. The area is furnished with luxurious traditional living room set. This room contains 42 inch flat screen TV and fireplace. 
Kitchen and Breakfast Room
Enjoy a scenic breakfast overlooking the river with large wooden breakfast table with four chairs. This adjoins the modern new kitchen with a large pantry and wood cabinets. It is fully equipped with a ceramic topped cooker, oven, microwave, extractor, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, mixer/blender, waste disposal unit, large fridge/freezer with icemake and chilled water dispenser, etc. There is a radio/CD player. 
Luxurious Master Bedroom
This lovely bright room has a King size "sleigh" bed and double sliding patio doors to the pool area and a view over the river. There are also two bedside cabinets, large dresser unit with mirror, and a separate table and two chairs for a relaxing coffee break. Large attached walk in closet which leads to a luxurious en-suite bathroom with garden tub. 
Beautiful Queen Bedroom
Furnished and decorated to very high standards. Queen size double bed, two bedside cabinets, large dresser unit with mirror, and window seating to view the front lake is also included. 
Twin Bedroom 
Furnished and decorated with two beds and dresser unit. 
Office Room 
Large room with a futon and an office table with cabinets.  This room is equipped with computer, flat screen monitor, printer, wifi, and internet. 
Lanai
Covered and air conditioned, the lanai has three large triple slidng doors that open to the pool deck. Also, the room contains outside kitchen area. 
Pool 
28 x 15 covered pool with solar and electric heating. Also has a hot tub. There is also a poolside table with an umbrella and 4 chairs. A gas grill is also available for your barbeques.
Utility Room  
This room has many cabinets and new washer/dryer, ironing board, iron, and vacuum cleaner.
