This fabulous first floor condo sleeps 9, is air-conditioned & comes with all modern amenities including Wifi.  The gorgeous kitchen features stunning granite counter tops, lovely maple cabinets, a glass-top, self-cleaning stove, a built-in microwave, a very quiet Frigidaire dishwasher, a stainless steel refrigerator/freezer with ice maker, a wide variety of small appliances, all dishes, glasses, silverware and cookware. The handcrafted breakfast counter has seating for 7 at bar stools & the kitchen table seats an additional 2, although many guests enjoy meals in our lovely courtyard.  Fully enclosed with latticework, the courtyard has pretty wrought iron furniture, lots of beautiful flowers & hanging baskets & hundreds of tiny white lights.  Reminiscent of a French café – the courtyard seats 30 & is a great place to enjoy your morning coffee, meals, & cocktails, play games, or read your favorite book!  The gorgeous family room has a sofa, loveseat, 32 inch flat screen HDTV with cable, DVD player, PlayStation II with lots of video games, dozens of books & many board games.

The condo features 3 beautiful bedrooms.  Bedroom 1 is gorgeous with a queen bed, an antique armoire, lovely dresser & a 27" hdtv/dvd combination. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed with a solid brass & porcelain antique headboard, an antique dresser, & a 22" hdtv/dvd combination.  Although there is no cable in the first two bedrooms, we have a variety of dvds available. Away from the main living area, Bedroom 3 is an extra-large room with a queen bed, a pyramid bunk (double on bottom, twin on top), two dressers, a 27 inch hdtv with cable & a dvd player.  Both of the baths have been updated with new sinks & toilets, & each has a tub/shower combination.

Just one block to the beach & boardwalk, this terrific condo is in the heart of Ocean City, within walking distance of more than 100 shops, restaurants and attractions.  The rental includes two off-street parking spaces, two shared gas grills, a shared washer & dryer, 2 fully enclosed outside showers & 6 beach tags. Window air conditioning units are located in the family room & each bedroom.

Four hdtvs, two with cable, air conditioning, Wifi, PSII and lots of video games, board games, dozens of books, 6 beach tags, 2 off-street parking spaces, 2 fully enclosed outdoor showers with dressing areas.  Two adjacent units are available for rent: Vacation Rentals Listing #56760 is our lovely 7 bedroom, 3 bath Main House (sleeps 18) and Vacation Rentals Listing #56761 is our four bedroom handicap friendly unit (sleeps 12).

Only 1 block to the guarded beach, boardwalk, shuffleboard courts, track, football/soccer field, beach volleyball, & basketball courts, & a half block to the 12 tennis courts - 6 turf, 6 clay. Stroll our 2-mile boardwalk & find hundreds of shops, eateries (fudge, salt water taffy, ice cream, pizza, funnel cake, French fries, snow cones, popcorn, candy apples and more!), 2 amusement piers, mini-golf courses, movie theatres, gift shops, souvenirs, clothing stores, jewelry, a lovely Christmas shop, & much more.  Nearby, you can rent bikes to ride on the boardwalk.  At the bay, you can participate in many water sports including jet skiing, boating, deep-sea fishing, whale & dolphin watching, parasailing & more. Within walking distance you will find many restaurants; several remain open year-round.  A few blocks away is Asbury Avenue, the shopping district of OC, with over 100 specialty shops.
