Our home has been completely restored and professionally remedied following Hurricane Sandy.  It is in great condition!  Our beach is being expanded and replenished in time for Memorial Day Weekend.  The boardwalk is in great shape, all stores are scheduled to open at their regualr dates throughout the spring. Most of the shops on Asbury Avenue are open and the remaining stores should be open by Memorial Day Weekend.  Ocean City is better than ever!

This is a one of a kind vacation rental! Built circa 1915, our lovely beach block home has been restored and is beautifully furnished.  Ideal for family vacations, anniversaries, bar and bat mitzvahs, birthdays, christenings, corporate events, civil unions, family reunions, girls' or friends' weekends, retirements, retreats, tea parties, weddings and other celebrations.  Accommodations for up to 40 guests in all three rental units; the Main House, Condo A and Condo B.

Main House: Enjoy the splendor of the early 1900s with all the amenities of the 21st century in our completely renovated 7 bedroom Victorian.  Enjoy family meals in our fabulous kitchen and adjacent bar area with combined seating for 18, relax in a Victorian-furnished parlor with ocean views, enjoy drinks at the rich mahogany bar with the ambience of a European tavern, or watch TV on one of three hdtvs, all with cable: a 42" in our cozy family room, a 32" in the kitchen, and a 27" in the bar, all just one block from the beach!  See Vacation Rentals Listing ID #56760 for rates and availability of the Main House.

Condo A: This gorgeous, air-conditioned, first floor condo sleeps 12 in 4 fabulous bedrooms with 1.5 baths, a large family room, a full kitchen and an exquisite dining room, adjacent to a lovely courtyard with plenty of outdoor seating.  Completely renovated in 2013, this condo features a primitive style with many antiques.  The tavern-style dining room is a favorite of many guests - with partially exposed brick walls, a primitive (decorative) fireplace, and spectacular antiques, you will feel as though you are in a rustic European tavern.  This beautifully appointed condo has no steps and is 'handicap friendly', but NOT fully ADA handicap accessible.  See Vacation Rentals Listing ID #56761 for rates and availability of Condo A.

Condo B:  Renovated in 2013, this fantastic three bedroom, 2 bath unit sleeps 9 and is ideal for a single family, three couples, or a few friends.  A first floor addition to the right of the main house, this great unit shares our fully enclosed courtyard with a gas grill and plenty of seating so you can enjoy your morning coffee, evening cocktails and meals outside. Each unit has two off-street parking spaces and 4 to 10 beach tags.  Two fully enclosed "outdoor" showers are available, as well as two gas grills.  Event planning services are available for an additional fee.

The following rates are for all three units combined and apply to families or groups over the age of 25:

2013 WEEKLY RENTALS: June 8 to July 26: not available, July 27: $11,770 &  August 24: $8170.  One or two units may be available during weeks not listed above.  Please see each individual vacation rentals site (Main House #56760, Condo A #56761, Condo B #83901) or our personal website for availability. 

May and September: Approximately $6,500/week for all three units, or $1300 to $1500 per night, 3 night minimum.  October & November: $1300 per night, 2 night minimum.  Holidays: $1500 per night, 3 night minimum.  Please note that all three units need not be rented by the same family or group.

Two to three night minimum in the off-season (September through May).  One week minimum beginning in mid-June through the Saturday of Labor Day weekend. 

Security deposit of $300 each for the condos and $500 for the Main House.  Cleaning fees of $100 to $140 per unit are additional, except for the Main House only in the summer weeks when cleaning is included.

Proms and Senior Weeks are permitted in the condos only.  Senior weeks are $400 to $425 per person in rent and $100 per person security.  Proms range from $50 per person per night to $75 per person per night with a security deposit equal to one night's rent per person.  Cleaning fees are additional.  Photo ID is required.
