Vacation Rental Description

Ski Season or Summer Season, The Farm on Mad River 's 
beautiful location is a fine place for vacations, and is available on 
a daily or weekly basis.  With close proximity to both Sugarbush 
and Mad River Glen, and close to hiking and mountain biking 
trails, the  excellent swimming in warmer months make the 
Farm on Mad River a little piece of heaven for vacationers winter 
or summer.

Perched on a ledge overlooking The Mad River, The Farm is 
located on 42 private acres intersected by The Mad River. This 
five bedroom circa 1900 farmhouse is well-appointed and has 
two baths, two living rooms, dining room, fireplace, and 
professional kitchen with Garland stove. (Sleeps 10-12). Bed 
linens, towels, etc are supplied.

Just off Route 100, The Farm on Mad River 
offers vacationers a holiday retreat they'll never forget. This 
property is a perfect location for family vacations, reunions, or 
groups. Cross-country skiing is available on the property itself 
during the ski season. 

Swimming and tubing are popular in the summer months, and 
our locally-renowned gardens are in full display in July and 
August, although there is always something blooming!
Centrally-located with dining, shopping, recreation and 
entertainment closeby, evening entertainment or a quick trip to 
the grocery store are simple drives.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Fireplace, dishwasher, washer/dryer, fully equipped kitchen, 
linens supplied.  Private beaches on Mad River. 42 acre riverfront 
property.  Cross country skiing on property in winter.  Excellent 
swimming in summer.  1.7 miles to Sugarbush Access Rd; 6 
miles to Mad River Glen.

Activities and Attractions

Skiing, downhill and cross-country, ice skating, snowshoeing in 
winter.  Swimming, hiking, mountain biking in summer. 
Fly-fishing.  Tennis, golf, horseback riding.  Shopping, antiques, 
dining and entertainment close-by.

Vacation Rental Rates

Regular rates:   $600 per night    $3000-3600 per week
Holiday rates:    $700 per night   $3500-4200 per week
Minimum stays may apply especially during holiday periods.
SPECIAL SUMMER RATES, 2008:  JUNE 1-SEPT 1, 2008 $2,800 PER WEEK
