Vacation Rental Description

You will love this newly remodeled cottage.  It is adjacent to the Manistee National Forest just west of Bitely, 
Mi.  It is located just a half mile off the Baldwin Snomobile Trail System.  From there you can connect to many 
northern Michigan trail systems.  We are open all winter.  Contact us for an update on winter conditions.  Ice 
fishing for Panfish and Bass is just a short walk from your doorstep.
This property is close to other rentals we own and manage.

Vacation Rental Amenities

The cottage is fully furnished with all bath and bed linens.  It is 
supplied with paper products and dish detergent. Dishes, silverware, 
cooking utensils, coffee maker, microwave oven, toaster, new gas 
range and refrigerator with an icemaker are also furnished. The 
cottage has central heating and air conditioning.  The bath features 
a shower.  A TV, VCR, gas grill and picnic table are supplied for 
your pleasure as well. 

Activities and Attractions

This property is within easy driving distance of local activities in 
Big Rapids, Baldwin, White Cloud, Pentwater and Ludington. Big 
Rapids is home to Ferris State University and a picturesque river 
walk.  Baldwin is home to the original Blessing of the Bikes in May 
and Troutarama in July.  Bitely Homecoming is in July. Popular Arts 
and Craft Shows are scheduled throughout the summer in Pentwater and 
Ludington.  Ludington is the departure location for the SS Badger 
car and passenger ferry service to Wisconsin.

Vacation Rental Rates

This property is availabe for nightly or weekly rental.  Rates begin 
at $100 per night with a $10 surcharge for a one night stay.  We 
discount weekly rentals.  Please contact us for discount rates.
