General Information:

• Two (2) night minimum stay required
• 49.00 Vacation Rent insurance ( non refundable) OR
• or $300 refundable security deposit required per stay 
• Cleaning fee is $80 per week (negotiable for longer stays)
• This is a NON smoking condo .The balcony is available.
•  Pets allowed Pet fee is applied 100.00 for 1 pet and 50.00 for each additional pet

• Weekly Rate

◦                                  Seven (7) Nights:  $600 /Week

 Holiday/Premium Rates:

• 09/02/11 to 09/05/11:  $135/Night (2 night minimum stay required)-Labor Day
• WSOP: $105.00/Week Days Night (2 night minimum stay required), $135.00/Weekend Days Night (2 night minimum stay required).

• 10/07/12 to 10/10/12:  $135/Night (2 night minimum stay required)
• 10/28/12 to 10/30/12:  $135Night (2 night minimum stay required) Halloween
• 11/10/12 to 11/13/12:  $135/Night (2 night minimum stay required)
• 11/23/12 to 11/27/12:  $135/Night (2 night minimum stay required)-Thanksgiving
• 12/23/12 to 12/26/12:  $135/Night (3night minimum stay required)-Christmas

12/30/12 to 01/02/13:  $150/Night (3 night minimum stay required)-New Years .
