Two-Story 3BR/3BA luxury Villa with Golf Course View and Short  
distance to beach. 
  
2782 Hidden Oak Drive is located in Seabrook Island, a private,  
gated 2,200 acre resort community and club located just 30 minutes  
south of historic Charleston on South Carolina's beautiful Atlantic  
Coast.  
 
Just minutes away from Bohicket Marina for fishing trips, dolphin  
watching charters, sunset trips, shopping and fine dining. Pool on  
premises for guests of villa complex only 
 
Our Three Bedroom/Three Bath Luxury Villa is located close to the  
beach and on the golf course. It is a two story unit with Guest  
Bedroom on First Floor. Very tastefully decorated and sleeps six  
comfortably (with a maximum of eight).

Spring 03/01/08 - 06/01/08 $1000 Week/$195 Daily  
Summer 06/01/08 - 08/09/08 $1275 Week 
Late Summer/Fall 8/09/08 - 10/04/08 $1000 Week/$195 Daily  
 
**Add $125.00 for Departure Cleaning and linens  
**Nightly rentals (off-season only, 2 night minimum))

**Applicable SC Sales Taxes are added (10%)
