Charley's Mountain Retreat in Alpine

Our beautiful vacation home at 8,200 feet in the White Mountains lies
in the shadow of Escudilla, Arizona’s third highest mountain
(11,000ft). It is three miles from the town of Alpine in eastern
Arizona and overlooks the sacred meadow of Tal Wi Wi.

This solid cedar home is comfortably roomy at 3200 sq. ft. It sleeps
up to 14 people in its many beds nestled in the 3 large bedrooms,
game room and the detached casita! Overflow kids often snuggle to
sleep on the living room floor on the palace oriental in front of a
toasty fire in a grand rock hearth.

You’ll love all the great outdoor recreational opportunities the area
has to offer: hiking, biking, fishing, hunting and more. You'll also
enjoy dozens of activities without ever leaving the property. Try
your hand at archery. Host a ping-pong or horseshoe tournament.
Kids can grab a milk jug and hunt for crawdads in the ponds. Or just
read a book gently swinging in one of the hammocks.

Whether for a romantic getaway or with a lively group of family or
friends, you’ll return again and again to create many fond memories
at Charley’s Mountain Retreat.

$300/night - stays of 4 nights or less, for up to 6 people.
$250/night - stays of more than 4 nights, for up to 6 people.
$10/person/night for more than 6 people, regardless of length of stay
$100 cleaning fee (not a deposit/not refundable.)

Reservations held for five days pending receipt of 50% deposit plus
cleaning fee.
Balance due 21 days prior to occupancy date.
No refunds on cancellations within 21 days of occupancy date.
Pets possible with prior approval.
