If you’re searching for a beach condo at an affordable price look no
further! Located in the heart of Indian Rocks Beach this 2/2 Condo
is complete with all the amenities and a tropical feel. The condo
is convienently located close to airports, Tampa International Airport
is approx. 35 minutes away and St.Pete/Clearwater airport is only about 20
minutes away from Indian Rocks Beach.
Property is located on Gulf Blvd., Indian Rocks Beach, Florida, which is directly across the street from Florida's white sandy beaches. Venture up the road to Sand Key Beach or Clearwater Beach which are only five to seven miles away.
The two bedroom two bathroom condo is roughly 1200 square feet, full kitchen, master bedroom features a king size bed and full bath, 2nd bedroom features a full size bed. It has a large balcony that affords a priceless view of the beach and an intimate view of the sunsets! Beach access is directly across the street, private covered parking, and pool. Children's playground a block away. Enjoy the sunset from your very own corner balcany.

Why get a hotel when you can save some money and have cooking facilities in your own
kitchen? Hotel rates on the beach are very pricey and not private.
The condo is decorated with a contemporary decor and furnished with the utmost in detail. Very, very clean, just renovated, new tile floors, completely furnished, and nicely decorated condo! The features of the condo include:
- Master bedroom has a king bed with private bath and large walk-in closet.
- 2nd Bedrrom has a full size bed
- Laundry: washer and dryer are located in the condo
- Flat Screen Color TVs in living room and master bedroom
- DVD player
- Various board games
- Towels and linens
- Central air conditioning and heat if needed.
- Fully equipped kitchen with microwave, stove/oven, and dishwasher.
- Outside features include a POOL and covered parking
- Restaurants, bars/nigh spots, grocery, shops, etc... are in close proximity

Swimming, Snorkeling, Water Skiing, Jet-Ski, Para-Sailing, Great
Shopping! Deep Sea Fishing, Sightseeing, Dining, etc. There is so
much to do and see! Indian Rocks Beach is famous for the pristine
beauty of its beaches and waters yet keeps it's cozy small beach
culture unlike some of the larger beach coast areas. Clearwater
Beach is nearby, as well as local area hot spots in Tampa and St.
Petersburg.
Shopping malls, boutiques and great attractions are all close by.
Orlando with its many famous sights: Disney World, Epcot Center, Sea
World, Universal Studios, etc. are approx. a 1.5 hours drive,
Tampa's Busch Gardens is only a 30 minutes drive, historical Ybor
City, Hyde Park Village, International Plaza Mall, Florida Aquarium
and water playground Adventure Island, etc. are also only a short
driving distance away.
Looking for sports? Professional football, hockey, and baseball are all here too. These include the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Tampa Bay Lightning, Tampa Bay Rays, and numerous major league baseball spring training camps.

We require $ 200 deposit/security to hold the reservation. The deposit is nonrefundable if you cancel without 60 days advanced notice and is not re-rented.
