Villa Escape is a lovely, fully furnished four-bedroom home with
very private south-facing pool and kiddie pool located in a
quiet residential neighborhood with a community children's play
area, tennis court, pool, basketball hoop and lake. Only 10 to 12
minutes from Disney and 30 minutes from the Orlando airport, close
to restaurants, shops and other attractions, it can accommodate
up to 10 (plus one infant) with all the comforts of home.

VILLA ESCAPE!:
Villa Escape! is a beautiful, spacious professionally decorated 4
bedroom house with all the comforts of home plus many luxuries! It
is air-conditioned throughout with ceiling fans in all the bedrooms
and the living room for added comfort. Our home is very well
maintained and boasts high-quality furnishings, wall to wall
carpeting and ceramic tiling in the kitchen and baths.
LIVING AREA/KITCHEN:
Relax in the living room with a pleasing view of the pool area,
featuring a 42 inch Big Screen HDTV (with extended cable - 70+
channels), VCR/DVD (with
movie library) and stereo system.
Enjoy a meal in the fully-equipped eat-in kitchen (seating for 4)
with dishwasher, microwave, stove, full-size refrigerator, coffee
maker, toaster, blender etc.
Or for more formal dining, gather in the dining room which can seat
6 or more.
A separate laundry room, features a brand new washing machine and
dryer, iron and ironing board for your convenience!
Unwind in the GAMEROOM with something for everybody featuring a pool
table, an air hockey table, a foosball table and electronic darts!
For your comfort, there is a ceiling fan and a portable stand-alone
fan provided.
Free long distance and international phone calls provided.
BED AND BATH:
Enjoy the luxurious Master suite featuring king-sized brass bed,
TV (with extended cable - 70+ channels) VCR/DVD player,
separate entrance to pool area and master bathroom with double basin
vanity, separate large shower, large Roman tub and walk-in closet
with built-in safe for your valuables. There is a PC installed for
your use with High-Speed Internet access or bring your laptop as we
have Wireless access as well!
The second bedroom features a Queen -sized bed with a view of the
pool area and has cable TV/DVD/VCR.
The third bedroom features two twin beds and cable TV/VCR/DVD.
Your children will LOVE the Disney-themed Mickey and Friends bedroom
featuring a bunk with double bed on the bottom and a single on the
top, plus cable TV/VCR/DVD, Playstation 2 with games, toy box, and
children's book library!
There is an additional full bath featuring a bathtub and shower.
The living room has a pull-out queen sofa sleeper for those extra
guests!
All linens, towels and pool towels are provided.
CHILD FACILITIES:
We are VERY CHILD FRIENDLY as we offer free use of a full-size
crib, 2 highchairs, 2 strollers and a toddler bed rail! Our home is
all on one floor eliminating the hazards of stairs and lofts and
there are pool alarms on all pool-side doors for safety. For added
peace of mind, we provide use of an easy to install pool safety
fence.
There are plenty of videos, board games, books, toys, and a PS2
with games to entertain all ages (including the adults in the
party!).
We also provide 2 children's bicycles with SAFETY helmets and tennis
equipment for use on the nearby court!
POOL AREA:
Relax in the private screened-in south-facing pool - completely
fenced in for privacy, you will not be looked at by the neighbors!
Keep your little ones entertained and within easy reach in the
KIDDIE POOL while you enjoy the main pool!
Both pools are equipped with covers which will keep the heat in
overnight.
Soak up the sun while lying on one of the Ultra-comfortable padded
sun loungers! Or catch some shade in the covered patio. A table and
padded reclining chairs with stools are provided for dining by the
pool. There is even extra seating for larger groups!
There is a Gas BBQ grill installed on the property for your use.
There is a pool safety fence available.
MANAGEMENT:

Our local property managers are on call 24/7
for our guests should any needs arise!

2009 RATES:
$775* per week low season ($875 total with tax) September, November,
December, January excluding holiday periods
$819* per week regular season ($925 total with tax) October,
February, March, April, May excluding holiday periods
$841* per week in mid season ($950 total with tax) June
$908* per week in high season ($1025 total with tax) July and August
$952* per week in holiday seasons ($1075 total with tax) Easter,
Christmas, New Year
*plus 13% Florida tourist and sales tax and pool heating charge
which is normally only needed from mid-October to mid-April ($140
per week or $23 per day with a 4 day minimum)
Cleaning fee ($70) added to stays of less than one week.
Refundable $200 security deposit required. Credit card details are
accepted in lieu of payment for guests paying by credit card.
We accept most forms of payment including Mastercard and Visa!! (3%
convenience fee applied for credit card payment)
