Vacation Rental Policies

• Payment Options: Cashier's Check, Personal Check, PayPal
• Check In: 1 p.m. 
• Check Out: 10 a.m. 
• Required Stay: Saturday to Saturday 
• Deposits: Half fee is due at the time of reservation to secure the date, with the remaining half due 30 days prior to arrival. If booking of reservation is less that 30 days in advance of arrival, full payment is required at the time of the booking. 
• Other Fees: $150 security deposit to be returned after inspection of property reveals no damage/loss was incurred.
