Outstanding ocean view and harbor views from this absolutely beautiful large three bedroom penthouse unit. Great for couples or families. Enjoy your coffee on the large terrace and watch the sunrise come up over the horizon. Large gourmet kitchen has granite counter tops and stainless appliances. There is also a full size washer and dryer in unit. The master bedroom has a walkout door leading to the large terrace, king bed, TV, and massive private bath with spa tub, separate shower, double sinks and bidet. The other two bedrooms have queen beds and flat screen TV's. The great room has plenty of room to move around with a comfortable wrap around sofa, large dining table, and bar area. We only accept 6 total guests including children.
