Bahia Via Breeze – Villa A, is located at 250 Bahia Via, onFort MyersBeach.  This remodeled, second floor two bedroom, one bath portion of a duplex, is an affordable yet elegantly appointed home.  It sits directly on a canal and offers great water views, along with direct fishing and boating right from your own back yard.  

There are two bedrooms, both with queen beds.  Both share a full bath with a tub/shower combination. The living room has vaulted ceilings, a large screen TV and DVD player.  The remodeled eat-in kitchen has new appliances and overlooks the backyard deck and canal.    Off the kitchen is a large, expansive deck with dining area that overlooks the canal andEsteroBay.  This deck also connects to the master bedroom and provides wonderful views of the morning sunrise overEsteroBay.

Your own private washer and dryer, along with secured wireless high speed internet, are included in this rental.  This home is a smoke free home, with smoking allowed only outdoors, and does not allow pets.

For those needing more space – rent the entire home consisting of 4 bedrooms and 2 full baths to sleep 8 total.

Phone, central air conditioning, wireless high speed internet, Cable TV, full kitchen with all amenities, microwaves, oven,  refrigerator, cooking utensils provided, gas grill, linens provided, private washer and dryer, beach towels, daily housekeeping and turn down service available.  Kayaks, bikes, and other items also available through our rental department.

Peak Season – $900-$1200/week - $2000-$2750/month

Add a departure cleaning fee of $90, $50 nonrefundable damage waiver, a $40 nonrefundable booking fee and 11% tax to the above rates. Rates include all utilities.
