Emerald Greens is a beautiful gated resort style condominium located on a nine hole executive golf course with on site management 7 days a week. Unlimited free golf with cart are included in your rental at Emerald Greens. Our 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo has a king size bed in the master bedroom, queen size beds in the other two bedrooms, full kitchen, and washer/dryer. We offer free wireless Internet and free unlimited local and long distance telephone calls. We have a large flat screen TV in the living room with DVD player and smaller flat screen TV's in the bedrooms with DVD player in the master bedroom. The fully equipped kitchen has granite countertops and everything needed for eating in or enjoy all the local restaurants nearby. Emerald Greens is truly an affordable indulgence for golfers and families on a vacation budget.

Condo rental amenities

Emerald Greens offers fabulous amenities in addition to free golf. The resort style pool includes a water park area for small children, swim up bar area, sandy beach area for children play, and a hot tub. The clubhouse includes golf shop; grill which serves variety of snacks and sandwiches; business center with computers, fax machines, and printers; game room with table tennis and pool tables; tanning booths; and social room with large screen TV. The large fitness center with state of the art workout equipment is located on the 2nd floor of the clubhouse overlooking the golf course. Tennis courts and an outside grilling area are also available for your enjoyment.

Emerald Greens Resort is located just 4 miles north of the sugar white sand beaches of Gulf Shores with public access and parking available at the beach. Emerald Greens is next to the Pelican Place Mall, and just 4 miles south of the Tanger Outlet Mall in Foley. Take a day trip to Pensacola Naval Air Museum, the Alabama Battleship in Mobile, casinos in Biloxi, MS, or take the ferry to Dauphin Island. There are plenty of other local activities in Gulf Shores including golfing, miniature golf, rafting, boating, biking, para sailing, windsurfing, jet skiing, sailing, fishing, movie theaters swimming, shelling, and much more.

Aug 14 - Sep 17 - $155.00 per night, $930.00 per week, $1,860 per month

Sep 18 - Oct. 30 - $140.00 per night, $840.00 per week, $1,680.00 per month

Nov 01 - Nov. 30 - $ 125.00 per night $750.00 per week  $1500.00 per mounth 

Dec 1 - Mar 19 - $120.00 per night, $720.00 per week, $1,440.00 per month

Rates do not include 11% Alabama Tax and $90.00 cleaning fee.

3 night minimum rental, weekly rates reflect 7th night free.

A 20% deposit of the rental fee is required to secure reservations.
