Charming desert Lake Vacation home in Lake Havasu City

This charming vacation house has 2 bedroom, 2 full bathrooms, 2 living areas, bar, kitchen, dining room and laundry facilities.

The master bedroom has a queen size bed, mirror with vanity area, large mirrored closets, private bathroom with double sinks.

  The second bedroom has a full size bed and a large closet.

  There is one TV located in each bedroom and one large TV in the Great room.  The Living room TV is also hooked up with a DVD player.  Cable TV and internet connection are hooked up also. 

The Great room has a couch that folds out into a queen size bed.  This is a very large room with plenty of seating to relax and watch TV.  There is a full size book shelf with a variety of books and magazines that you are welcome to read and enjoy.  The smaller living area has a full size couch and a bar.

  The bar is furnished with a sink, bar glasses and a small refrigerator .This is a great place to have a cool beverage and talk about how much fun you're having on vacation.   There is also  a free standing water-cooler that holds 5 gallon containers.  

  There is a long driveway to park a car and boat.  There is a large wood deck where you can enjoy a view of the lake and mountains.  There are covered patio awnings on all sides of the house.  If you're looking for a little more privacy there is a concrete patio on the other side of house with a barbeque  and patio furniture to relax on

.  The kitchen has a small breakfast counter, gas top range, wall oven, large refrigerator, microwave, diswasher.  All appliances are new. 

The house is also furnished with dishes, silverware, utensils, cookware, coffee pot, toaster oven, electric can-opener, towels and linens.

You can comfortably sleep six people, but i also have a twin size rollaway bed for that 7th person. 

Please no smoking inside house.  Everything has been recently remodeled.  This is a family vacation home and not a party house.  Please treat it well and enjoy you're stay.

This charming vacation house  is located on a large corner lot in a very quiet neighborhood.  You are within walking distance to Windsor state beach where there is a beautiful park to enjoy a picnic and swimming.  There are also several desert nature trails to enjoy as well.  The windsor beach boat ramp is within 1/2 mile of house.  The London Bridge is about 2 miles from house.  The Lakeview Park club House is located accross the street.  The pool and Jacuzzi are open 24/7.  During the club house hours you can utilize the kitchen, play shuffleboard and play a game of pool. 

The Havasu Landing Casino & Resort is just accross the Lake. 

The Blue Water Hotel & Casino is located in Parker , Arizona... About 30 miles from the house.

Laughlin, Nevada has a large variety of fun Hotels and Casinos.  About 1 1/2 hours from the house.
