Vacation Rental Description

Description: This large, 4500 sq ft, four bedroom, four bath getaway 
is the ultimate place for a family retreat.  Two of the bedrooms are 
family bedrooms with ample space for 4 or 5 people in each.  Each 
has 
their own modern, full bathroom.  The deck is a $40,000 custom built 
deck with molds into the screened Jacuzzi room and BBQ area. Each 
bedroom has its own TV and the house is loaded with DVD's, Karaoke, 
Surround Sound and it even has its own outdoor cinema where you can 
have a BBQ and watch a movie with the integrated audio visual Bose 
system.

The loft has a state of the art pool table which can be converted 
into a ping pong table as well as a wet bar with dishwasher and 
sink.  The signature kitchen has everything you could want and is 
totally state of the art.  Everything about the house is top notch 
and is really designed for a family reunion/getaway for those that 
appreciate better quality homes and don't want to settle for a sub-
standard retreat.

This beautiful house is mostly on one floor, except the loft where 
the pool table is located and the one family bedroom which sits 
above 
the garage.

The house is located in a gated community which has an outdoor pool, 
tennis courts, lake and golf course (9 holes) all within a short 
walk 
from the house. As part of the Lake Naomi and Timber Trails 
community, access is also available to the other larger outdoor pool 
(all heated) and lake.  The clay tennis courts are out of this world 
and the club house hosts both a fine and casual dining areas, 
together with a bar and lake beach.

Hi Judy,
 
Feel free to call me at the below numbers.  My mobile is the best way to reach me.  
 
I can tell you right now there is no better house up there.  There isn't one detail that was missed 
in building this house.  Jacuzzi, outdoor cinema, kareoke, bedrooms, amazing kitchen.  Pool 
table/ping pong.   I had my husband's 50th surprise bday party there.  We had family from Hawaii, 
Chicago, Florida, PA.  All ages from 2 months to 73 years old.  Every single person had an absolute 
blast.   Everyone will immediately fall in love with it.  
 
After being up there and driving around the area quite a bit I found there is no match to this house 
whether you compare houses from the outside, inside or location, this is it.  Everyone was content 
to hang out, cook amazing meals and then there was a trip to whitewater rafting for the young 
couples, we did a limo ride to NYC, you have to go take a ride to the Francis E. Walter Dam.  About 
15-20 minutes from the house.  Its beautiful.   At one point I almost wished that I didn't arrange 
activities to NY because everyone was so content to just hang out on the deck or inside, grill, 
sunbathe, watch movies outdoors, etc. But all went just amazing.  Huge hit!.
