Located in the middle of the Texas Hill Country, on over 10 acres of
privacy, this casita is actually about 2100 sq.ft., all on one level
with a great front porch for outdoor entertaining. Porch includes
two areas for al fresco dining and a porch swing. Newly added is a
deck at the backyard (with grill)
Three bedrooms and two baths accommodate 6 people comfortably. The
house is cozy, warm and wonderful, just the right place for a get-
away from the hectic life of any big city.
There are many things to do in the Hill Country, or do nothing but
read a book,
relax, play cards, rest and hike. There are many wineries to visit,
German towns for dining and antiquing. Nearby San Antonio has the
Riverwalk, Fiesta Texas and Seaworld.

Privacy, yet convenience to activities, is the greatest amenity.
The house is cozy and accommodating. The great room has two living
areas, one with a woodburning fireplace and one for cable TV or
movies. There is a dining area here and two areas on the porch for
dining also. Plus newly added deck for additional dining.
The casita is in the middle of 10.48 acres of Hill Country charm.

Short drives to wineries, German Hill Country towns (Boerne, Comfort
and Fredericksburg) for antiquing and dining.
There are golf courses within driving distance, and Boerne has
tennis courts and a swimming pool.
Boerne is a charming Hill Country town with great places to dine and
shop. There is something going on in town almost every weekend, and
Boerne is located a short 5 miles from The Casita. There is the
Cibolo Nature Center, the Fair Grounds, walking/jogging trail, etc.

Week nights @ $200 per night;  One week (7 nights) @ $175 per night

Weekends: (two (2) nights) from $225  (2 to 6 people) 3 nights @ 200 per night;

Monthly rates.
$50-$100 cleaning fee. (depending on number of visitors)
$200 deposit to hold reservation; $50 cancellation fee; No refund if cancelled within 7 days of arrival.
$25 Pets:  Per pet for cleanup fee:  (two small pets maximum)
