When you get to our neighborhood, you will recognize it right away. It is the neighborhood with the best views of the Ocean in Lincoln City.  We are the highest neighborhood with views.  Brand new home.  Granite countertops.  A wonderful vacation destination. Located in the historic Taft area, this home features its own private hot tub. 

This is not a condo!

For the gourmet, a fully equipped gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances, all brand new!

Gas fireplace with 37" flat screen TV in the living room.

Showers with real rock, not tile or plastic.  White hot tub towels.  Two more flat screen TVs in the bedrooms.

Bedroom 1 sleeps two.  Flat screen TV.

Bedroom 2 sleeps two.  Flat screen TV.  Sleeps one child in built-in child's bed.

Bedroom 3 sleeps two in trundle bed.

During the Christmas and New Years season the high rate is $275 per night.

Cleaning Fee $65; Applicable Taxes , no booking fee. If the situation merits, you can leave the home clean, and will receive a reduced cleaning fee from $65.00 to $25.00.

Security Deposit Is Required.  The security deposit is not taken from your credit card; it is a hold on that amount.  When your stay has ended, we will check the home, and refund all except cleaning fees if nothing is broken or missing.

All nights are subject to availability.  Promotions valid on qualifying reservations.  Debbie's Place reserves the right to discontinue or change the promotions at any time, but we want you to be completely happy with your stay.  So, ask us when you have a question -- we will be able to help you with your vacation.  We do want to fill the home each night with vacationers and people who want to get out and enjoy for a few days.
