Vacation Rental Description

Escape to this beautiful 2/1 home in sunny Key Largo, Florida. This 
bright house on stilts sleeps up to 6 guests (1 queen, 2 twins, 1 
sleeper sofa). Don't worry about bringing anything but your boat, 
jet 
ski and bathing suits because the house is well equipped with 
everything you will need. Sorry, no pets or smoking inside allowed.  
Closest airport is Miami International Airport which is 
approximately 
60 minutes away from the house. 

Vacation Rental Amenities

Amenities include central A/C, washer, dryer, dishwasher, microwave, 
coffeemaker, utensils & kitchenware, towels, linens, bar-b-que, 
cable TV and VCR. Homeowner's park with ramp, dock and small private 
beach 
just 1 minute walk from the house. House has 1 queen size bed in the 
master bedroom, 2 twin beds in guest room and a new queen sized 
sleeper sofa in the living room.

Activities and Attractions

Located on MM 94 1/2, you'll be 10 minutes away from John Pennekamp, 
Harry Harris Park, the famous Holiday Isle Tiki Bar, Swimming with 
Dolphins and close to many awesome restaurants that feature fresh 
local seafood. The house is close to local and commercial shopping 
areas as well as boat and jet ski rental facilities. If you rather 
be 
the guest and not the captain, jump aboard a charter boat for a day 
of fishing, snorkeling or diving.  In the evening, enjoy a peaceful 
dinner sitting alongside the bay and watch the sunset on the 
horizon.

Weekly rate   $900-$1000 - FREE DSL

Monthly rate  $2500*
*Monthly rate includes utilities up to $100.

All rentals require a $250 refundable security deposit and a $75 non-
refundable cleaning fee.
