Amenities include central A/C, washer, dryer, dishwasher, microwave,
coffeemaker, utensils & kitchenware, towels, linens, bar-b-que,
cable TV and VCR. Homeowner's park with ramp, dock and small private
beach
just 1 minute walk from the house. House has 1 queen size bed in the
master bedroom, 2 twin beds in guest room and a new queen sized
sleeper sofa in the living room.

Located on MM 94 1/2, you'll be 10 minutes away from John Pennekamp,
Harry Harris Park, the famous Holiday Isle Tiki Bar, Swimming with
Dolphins and close to many awesome restaurants that feature fresh
local seafood. The house is close to local and commercial shopping
areas as well as boat and jet ski rental facilities. If you rather
be
the guest and not the captain, jump aboard a charter boat for a day
of fishing, snorkeling or diving. In the evening, enjoy a peaceful
dinner sitting alongside the bay and watch the sunset on the
horizon.
