20 minutes north east of the vibrant city of Sarasota lies the
spectacular new golfing community of River Strand with its own 27
hole championship golf course, designed by Arthur Hills, within the
Heritage Harbour development.
The Bradenton/ Sarasota area, 50 minutes south of Tampa, comprises
more than 60 miles of sparkling white sandy beaches, fabulous
tropical Keys and a varied choice of outdoor attractions.
Villa Description.
Designer interior, stylish modern furnishings and fabulous private
views over water, this new( June 2007) 3 bed 2 bath villa is
ideally located in a beautiful residential golfing community.
The swimming pool, spa and deck is fully screened and enjoys a south
facing aspect. The shaded outdoor area with ceiling fan and lights
provides for comfortable dining and relaxation. Ample patio
furnishings and the backdrop of a private water view complete a
perfect setting for a very special vacation.
The impressive etched glass front door leads to a living/games room
stylishly furnished with designer planned window cornice boards,
comfortable sofa and easy chair and full
size pool table.
Thoughtfully fully equipped open plan kitchen with central island
has granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. The
breakfast nook has a glass topped table, chairs and stools. Aside
from the kitchen is a �brain drain� area with desk, drawers, stool
and high speed internet connection.
The family room has comfortable leather sofas, glass topped tables
and lamps with a 42� wall mounted lcd tv with dvd. Sliding doors

cleaning.
Transferable golf club membership for $150(+taxes) allows unlimited golf on
River Strand Golf Course.
Pool and spa heating $150 or £75 if required.
A deposit of $250 or 150 per week is required with the balance due
8 weeks prior to arrival.
