A huge side yard allows plenty of space to play games, relax, enjoy outdoor dining or build a nightly camp fire. The house sits on 132' of private lake frontage. Shallow water and a sandy bottom make it an ideal lake for the kids (and adults too)! Visit Torch Lake this year, an experience you won't forget!

This cottage is fully furnished - just bring the family and food!
Spacious 1500 sq. ft. cottage offers 3 bedrooms, 2 baths. Sleeps 8 comfortably. All bed linens and towels - bath and beach are included. Kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans, dishes, glasses, coffee pot, toaster and more! Living room features a reclining pull out couch. Enjoy your morning coffee in the sun room surrounded by the scenic view of Torch Lake.
Private dock, bouy for off-shore boat tie-up. Huge side yard for outdoor activities, fire pit, charcol grill, patio chairs, picnic table and clothes line.

Cottage is conveniently located on the west shore, just 1 1/2 miles from the south end of the lake. Restaurants, grocery shopping, party store, hardware, marine, boat & jet ski rental all within 3 miles.
Located directly across the lake by boat, or 6 miles by car, downtown Alden offers a variety of restaurants, shops and a park with playground and tennis courts.
Traverse City, approximately 30 minutes away has all the amenities of a big city. Shopping, fine dining, golf, bowling, mall and movie theater.
vacation rental rates
Weekly rentals are offered from:
Saturday thru Saturday, in at 5pm, out at 10am.
Partial weeks will be charged the full week rental rate.
The 2013 rates are:
One week in June: $1800
One week June 29th - July 6th: $3000
One week in July: $2200
One week in August: $2200
Two weeks (non-July 4th): $4200
Two weeks June 22 - July 6th: $5000
$500 Deposit required to hold the date. Deposit is non-refundable if reservation is cancelled within 3-months of rental start date. Balance due no later than one week prior to rental start date. No cleaning fee.
