the pool and jacuzzi. Master suite has a brand new king size bed 
with a ceiling fan and it overlooks the pool; second bedroom has a 
brand new queen size bed. Villa is snuggled in a cozy cul-de-sac 
location.

Enjoy yourself at the JW Marriott (Ihilani)award winning spa or 
simply receive an outdoor massage at the Ko Olina Marriott Beach 
Club.  For your dining pleasure, I highly reccommend the five star 
restaurants Roy's and JW Marriott (Ihilani).  Additionally, for 
dinner and entertainment, you must attend one of the most popular 
luaus on the island at Paradise Cove located within the Ko Olina 
Resort.

Vacation Rental Rates

             

Special rates for the months of May and September. Inquire today via 
email or phone. 

Add 11.42% Hawaii taxes to all rates.  Add $300 Departure Cleaning 
Fee.  Reservation deposit is $1000 due at the time of booking (non-
refundable).  $800 refundable damage security deposit.  Remaining 
payment is due 30 days prior to check-in (non-refundable).  Until 
confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice.

For payment arrangements, we accept credit card via PayPal services; 
there is a 3% charge for their services.
