Spring Special April 14  - June 23 $1400 week, or $1000 for 3 Nights. - Holiday Weekend $1200.

NOTES: Book a Peak Season Week by February 28 and take a '$100. REDUCTION off the weekly peak season rate.

MEMORIAL WEEKEND and all SPAC Concert Weekends $1200. 3 or 4 Night Stay (SAME PRICE)

SECURITY DEPOSITS: --- $1000. 
All security deposits (refundable) are due thirty (30) days prior to your date arrival. Your security deposit will not be deposited or cashed unless items are missing and/or damage is done to the facility. Your security check will either be destroyed or returned thirty (30) days after your departure date.
