• I have 2 units available at The Colonies for the week of 8/4/2012 - check-in Sat; check-out Sat 8/11/2012.
• Prices posted @ $700 rate are per unit.  If a double unit (sleeps 12) is requested for same week I will gladly discount the double unit to $1200.

• This is a two Bedroom, two Bath unit with a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room, and a living room (see floor plan included in the photos).
• The unit sleeps 6 people:  2 in each bedroom plus 2 more on the pull-out sleeper couch.  The master bedroom has a King bed and the other bedroom has a Queen bed. The pullout couch has a Queen mattress. Additional rollaway beds are available from the resort for a small additional fee of $5 per night or $20 per week (not included.  Check with the front desk.)
• Your unit is professionally decorated and well maintained. 
• Fully furnished for maximum comfort and enjoyment.
• Entertainment center in the living room contains a large color TV and a DVD player.
• Each bedroom also has it's own color TV.
• The unit contains it's own whirlpool tub in the master bathroom.
• There is a gas fireplace in the living room.
• The kitchen is fully appointed with coffeemaker, toaster, full-size refrigerator, and microwave oven.  Some units also feature a dishwasher and a range.
• Washers and dryers are conveniently located within the building.
• In-room WIFI is available.  (See the front desk for this.)
• Additional items needed for your stay, such as cutlery, modest cookware and dinnerware, towels, hairdryer, iron with ironing board are included in your unit.

Williamsburg, Virginia - a town synonymous with American history - represents the perfect location for fun-filled family vacationing.  At Williamsburg Plantation Resort you're just minutes from the historical sites of Colonial Williamsburg, Jamestown Settlement, and Yorktown Battlefield and Victory Center.  Yet, Williamsburg is not just about history by any means.

Guests enjoy thrills and spills at two award-winning theme parks - Busch Gardens Europe and Water Country USA.

Restaurants abound in this area and will meet any budget.

I especially recommend Captain Georges Restaurant.  Just 10 minutes away for exceptional cuisine, specializing in seafood.

There is a marvelous Dinner Theater nightly at Captain Georges Restaurant, featuring a delicious buffet and an interactive, most amusing and splendid performance.  Highly recommended!

With over 125 outlet stores, all located a few miles from the Resort, Williamsburg is a shopper's paradise.

And for those golfers out there, Williamsburg boasts fifteen championship golf courses.

Rates are based on a full 7 day week, with check-in on Saturday and check-out on Saturday. 

You may check-in later or check-out earlier to suit your plans, but the rate still stands at $700 (a bargain rate that has been lowered due to the soft economy - you save $300!).

There will be a security deposit of $75 requested upon check-inat the front desk.  This will be returned upon check-out provided all is in order at the site.
