Vacation Rental Description

inviting Riverhaven Village on a canal, which within minutes, leads  
you directly into the Homosassa River, Homosassa Springs and the Gulf  
of Mexico. Go deep sea fishing or just off the private dock where you  
are able to clean your "catch of the day!" Enjoy relaxing on the  
fully screened-in back porch, with insulated vinyl slide windows,  
while grilling your fresh catch on the Jenn-aire. Take a walk or jog  
in the community park practically right in your front yard! All  
access to the friendly community clubhouse which includes a heated,  
olympic-size outdoor pool, tennis courts, pool tables, games and  
weekly scheduled events. All this is inclusive when choosing this  
vacation location!  Please note: this is a non-smoking residence

This home is a 2/2 fully furnished, waterfront home with 1 car garage  
and 1 car carport. It has 1300 sq feet of living space which incl:

  * king(master) and full(2nd bdrm) size beds with linens 
  * Screened-in porch with vinyl insulated slide windows, river rock 
    peeble flooring and  cathedral ceiling with lighted fans, Jenn-air 
    grill with sink and frig, furnished. 
  * 2 color TV's with remotes and Basic Satalite service , VCR/DVD 
  * Fully equipted kitchen with all new appliances (incl: dishwasher 
    microwave, glass-top range/oven and side-by-side frig with ice- 
    maker (also misc. appliances such as coffee maker, blender, etc.) 
  * Riverhaven Marina is located at the entrance of the Village  
    which offers public boat ramp access and trailer storage. 
  * Fully air conditioned and equipt Community Clubhouse is inclusive 
    with rental.(incl: heated pool, tennis , pool tables and  
    weekly scheduled activities. 
  * 2 bicycles for your enjoyment

Activities and Attractions

Minutes from the famous Homosassa Springs State Wildlife Park, you  
can swim with the manatees in the spring fed headwaters of the  
Homosassa River or take a boatride out to the Gulf of Mexico where  
one can experiance Florida's best saltwater fishing! Gulf Coast  
scallop season is also a popular event which runs from July 1st to  
September 10th. 
 
You can play tennis or go golfing at many local courses. Canoeing,  
kayaking, snorkeling, scuba diving, in shore and gulf fishing, pool  
or gulf swimmmimg, birdwatching, walking, jogging, shopping  or take  
a local sightseeing or charter tour.  
 
Weeki Wachee Native Reserve and Homosassa State Wildlife Park are a 
must and Bush Gardens and Tampa intern'l Airport are just 50 min.  
away. Oh, and just 2 hrs from Disney!    PERFECT!

$1850.00  Nov-April (per month)  (rates for 2 to 4 people) 
$1650.00  May-Oct     *Payable in U.S. currancy and in the form of

*Utilities (up to $100), basic satalite, lawn care, local phone, 
 garbage are included in monthly rent payment(cable internet avail) 
*3 or 6 month leases (preferably) no less than 3 months lease 
*$1000.00 Deposit required (refundable) 
*$150.00 Pet deposit (nonrefundable) Leash law please 
*$150.00 Cleaning fee (nonrefundable) 
*20% Deposit required for  booking (nonrefundable) applied to 1st  
 months rent under contract 
*Two (2) months cancellation notice preferred - one (1) month required 
*public boat launching and trailer storage/parking available @ 
 Riverhaven Marina   
*We are NOT set-up for hosting children (safety, insurance or  
 liability ) any/all accidental injuries occurring on this
