This large lake house is perfect for single or multi family to enjoy a week at the premier location on Lake St. Catherine. It has fantastic lake frontage with dock and water front deck. House has three levels overlooking lake with large deck and patio. It is of fairly recent construction and is huge, perfect for large groups. It is modern and clean, large stone fireplace, and plently of room to relax in living area and screened in porch room.
Bedrooms / Bathrooms 6 BR's 2 1/2 Baths, Fully equiped modern kitchen, gas grill, Cable TV, DVD, Telephone (No Long Distance-Must use calling card), Dock, Beach area, High Speed Internet (Cable), The upstairs bedrooms: 2 with queen beds, 1 with Full, and set of bunks, 1 with twin, and set of bunks. Downstairs bedrooms: 2 queen beds. Air conditioning in 4 top level bedrooms.
Need to provide sheets for beds, towels and drinking water. (house water drawn from lake with U/V and multiple filters. Call for additional details.

More than 150 feet of landscaped lake front with large grass area toward the lake. Lake side fire ring with fire wood available on site. Use of dock for your boat and other watercraft. State park and marine offer boat ramps.
Large deck overlooking Lake and outstanding sunsets. Large muti car parking area. House is located on Cones Point, a low traffic pennisula with a cul-de-sac ending. Great for biking, walking and jogging.

Summertime June 12 - Sept 15 - one week minimum - $3900 per week
OPEN WEEKS : all of June, second two weeks of July and August, 2nd week of September.
Weekend rates in Spring and Fall ONLY are $850 for two nights, additional nights $350 per night.
$400 Deposit required.
