This house has been totally remodeled (2011) and is professionally decorated to the highest standard. It is located at a oversized tiplot on a quiet cul-de-sac.
Enjoy a spectacular view over the pool and the river from almost all rooms.
Relax in comfortable bedrooms with new and exclusive Vera Wang beds. The Master bedroom has a luxurious pillowtop King bed, a full bath with a separate shower and a bathtub, second bedroom with pillowtop kingbed and bath, third bedroom with a queen and a fourth with two twins and a full bathroom in between.
Cable TV´s in all rooms, with a 59´´3D (incl Blue-ray DVD) in the great room and a 42´´ in the Master bedroom. Denon hifi system inside and outside. High speed wiireless internet and telephone is also available in the home.
Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen with brand new stainless steel appliance.
Brand new front loaded full capacity washer and dryer.
New pool and Spa Sep-12.
The pool is South facing and has a new Gas heater. The electric ones does not work very well when there is a cold snap. A gas heater keeps your pool hot all the time.

Our home is located in the prestigious River area of Marco Island which lies approximately 15 minutes from Naples and 1.75 hrs drive west to Miami.
Beautiful Captiva and Sanibel Islands are close by as is the Everglades National Park.
Orlando/Disneyworld is just 3 hrs by car and Tampa about 2.5 hrs.
Golf is available at the lovely, world - class, Lely Flamingo andMustang championship courses, designed by Robert Trent Jones, Sr. and Lee Trevino. The new 20,000 sq. ft.
clubhouse has a full restaurant and bar facilities and a great golf pro shop. Club and shoe hire, tuition, and a full golf driving range are also available.
There are many other golf courses within an easy drive and tennis is also close by.
Marco is known for its wide range of water sports. Short or long termboat rentals can easily be arranged through Rose Marco River Marina or other marinas located on the
island. Enjoy cruising around the 'Ten Thousand Islands' or up to Naples for lunch at The Dock.
If you are extending your stay, apply for access to the Resident's Beach, only blocks away and complete with all the amenities you could need.
