Two private bedrooms offer full and queen beds; two lofts for additional sleeping quarters. Kitchen equipped with gas stove, large refrigerator and icemaker, coffeepot, microwave and family sized crockpot. Dishes, flatware and pots and pans stock the spacious kitchen.

Daily Rates $150.00 per night Four night minimum stay
After Labor Day Weekend through April...weekly Rates $875 per week.
Daily Rates $125 per night. Two night minimum stay required.
Check In/Out: Saturday to Saturday unless arrangements made in advance.
Arrival/Departure times are made on an individual basis.
Deposit is half of rental; due 30 days in advance to confirm date...non-refundable if canceled. Balance due in full 7 days prior to arrival If booking last minute, call for details.
$75 Pet Deposit. Non-Refundable; based on approval.
$50 Non-Refundable cleaning fee.
Security Deposit of $200 for Weekly Rentals. Daily Rentals...4 nights...$100. Refunded no later than 3 days from checkout.
