Take your morning coffee to lounge on the adarondac chairs or take a peaceful paddle out on the kayak and watch the morning sun rise to the east, then dive in the crystal clear water off the end of the dock for the best mornings of your summer!

Boaters will love the security of a deep water mooring and sturdy dock.

Located on Jordan Bay, north facing with typically calm waters as wind is generally are offshore from the west or southwest.  

Fully outfitted kitchen, dishwasher, Webber gas grill, and updated appliances including washer-dryer.

Comfortable furnishings, high speed internet.

Walk out basement with extra fridge, video games, and extra table and TV to get the kids out from under your feet. 

11' aluminum boat, single sit on top kayak, life vests for all ages.  Suggest bring your own motor, up to 5hp or electric trolling motor to tool around the nearby coves.

Picnic table in the yard, two tables with seating for 10 on the deck off kitchen slider. 

Biking, hiking, golfing on Frye Island (minutes to the ferry) or Point Sebago (15 min drive)

All water sports, boat rentals possible at Jordan Bay marina accross the bay.  Access to the Big Bay of Sebago around the point. 

Enjoy a 2 mile walk via the loop around the end of Raymond Cape. 

Close to Casco, 20 min to N. Windham (large grocery, Wallmart, etc), 45 min to Portland.  Wildlife Zoo in Gray about 30 minutes.  

But you will not want to go anywhere as you will just want to hang out on the dock and enjoy the water!

 *Plus $100 cleaning fee.  $250 damage deposit taken or add VRBO insurance for $49(Covers $1500 in damage) , $69($3000), or $89($5000) depending on level of coverage you prefer. (Owner will add fee to your rental and bind the coverage)
