April Sound 3 Bedroom Lakefront. Boat Tie Up Golf Pools Club in Lake Conroe

Sorry, but no pets. Please no more than 6 adults   This is a roomy home (about 1800') right on the waters edge. Sleeps 6 adults.  You can tie up your boat just 30 feet from the townhome and leave it there your entire stay.  20' screened porch overlooks the lake. Large yard to enjoy family lakeside gatherings.   This is not a condo so it's a less crowded area. There's a nice lawn right on the lake in front and another next to the property that is for your use...badminton, volley ball, horseshoes, slip 'n slide, etc (bring your equipment).  All bedrooms are down and the living area is up with a full bath and great lake views. The master has a king bed with it's own bath.  The second bedroom has 2 queen beds, and third bedroom has a queen sofa bed and bunk bed (2 twins for kids only, not adults). The second and third bedrooms share a full bath in the hall and both have great lake views.  The full size washer and dryer is in the hall. The entire living area has views of the lake.  Please no more than 6 adults (bunkbeds are for children only under 75 lbs) , no more than 8 guests (including kids) at any tiime day or night! Maximum is 8 (including kids)! If you want to have a party with lots of guests....this unit is not for you.   Just 8 people (including kids).  Parking for two cars only.

April Sound is a very safe neighborhood. It has a 24 hour manned gate entrance. 24 hour patrols in modern fully equipped patrol cars cars.  Search "April Sound" to see their website and you can get a lot more info on this unique community.

You do not need to wash the linens and towels upon departure.

We do not have a cleaning charge and as long as you leave the unit tidy.

Check in 3pm (sometimes earlier)

Check out is 12 noon.

Late Check to 7pm sometimes available: + $100

Sometimes, a 1 night rental is available during the week ($349/night)

Historical Downtown Montgomery is only 5 miles down Highway 105 West.

The Conroe Outlet Mall is a short drive north.

Boat rentals available a short five minute drive. Jet skis, pontoon or ski boats. It's about a ten minute boat ride from the boat rental to the home.

There is a 2 night minimum.   If it's not rented by Friday Noon, we occasionally can take a one night (Friday or Saturday).  The rate would be $450.

*Note that this is for 7 nights. Please note: Other rentals around the lake are only 6 nights for a weekly rental. 

Check out is noon. Late check out (to 7pm) is $100 when available. 

First  night's rent required as non-refundable deposit when reservation is confirmed.

Must be at least 25 to rent (no spring breakers, big parties, wedding parties)

No Pets.

Smoking outside only.

6% Texas room tax will be added to total.  (no tax if 30+nights)
