This is a great fully furnished 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath townhouse condo. Includes private convenient reserved parking, fully equipped kitchen and balcony with ocean view. You will have direct access to the beach with lots of white sand and warm water for swimming, surfing, sunbathing, wakeboarding, and much more! The 20 mile long beach is also a great place to simply relax and listen to the waves, as New Smyrna Beach is one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. We also have a beautifully clean pool and sun deck with tables, umbrellas and loungers.

The Condo is within walking distance to many famous New Smyrna Beach restaurants, as well as historic Flagler Avenue and Canal Street with their quaint shops, galleries, and restaurants. Other local attractions in New Smyrna Beach include the scenic Lighthouse at Ponce Inlet, Turtle Mound at Canaveral National Seashore (a protected bird sanctuary), Sugar Mill Ruins, Movie Theater, outstanding golf courses, kayaking and bicycle rentals.
New Smyrna Beach is also the closest beach to all of the Central Florida attractions such as Disney World, Universal Studios, Sea World, Blue Springs manatee viewing, Kennedy Space Center, Daytona International Speedway, and historic St. Augustine. Beautiful intercoastal waterways surround the area with opportunities for boating and fishing.

We do not keep this calendar up to date. Rates listed above are base rates! Minimum rental charge of $400. Local tax is 12.5%, cleaning charges vary per unit but are in general $80 for a 1 BR, $90 for a 2 BR and $100-$150 for 3 BR and there is a $39 Booking Fee. You can also choose to purchase a Non-Refundable Damage Waiver in lieu of placing a refundable $500.00 Security Deposit.
