  Cozy, two bedroom, cottage with almost two acres of beautiful, unique, lake front property.  Triple the lake frontage of most Houghton Lake lots... A rare 150 ft. of wonderful, lake front  to enjoy! Wide, open, spacious yard for sun, fun and a great view! Lots of trees also around for privacy and beauty.  A creek on one side adds to that privacy and charm.  Woods in rear of cottage keep it hdden from road. Beautiful sunsets can be  enjoyed  every evening.

Large windows to enjoy the beautiful view.  Open, sunny, very large yard to enjoy fun activities and hanging out by the lake... cook outs, volleyball, pitching a tent etc.. Dock and a sea anchor for mooring boat. Warmer lake with a very gradual depth decline and sandy bottom, allowing children plenty of room for safe swimming and play in the water.  Lawn furniture, charcoal grill, picnic table... firepit for nice, relaxing bonfires with an awesome night view of lake.  Two bedrooms, each with newer beds, a  queen bed in one, and  full bed in the other. Living room has a  futon and couch. ( Cottage sleeps approx 6).   Newer carpeting throughtout and a nicely remodeled bathroom. Clean and cozy.  Cottage has everything you need -  fresh linens and towels.. blankets, fully equipped kitchen w/necessities, wood available for indoor and outdoor fires, satellite t.v., wireless internet, dvd, vcr, radio w/cd. ( some available cds and dvds to use).  See through fireplace in center of cottage for cozy fires to be enjoyed from both dining and living room area.  Two row boats included, one standare size and one fun 8 ft dingy size. Electric motor extra... Great Place!

Gather and hang out by boat at one of the popular 'lake spots' such as the "sand bar". Have lunch,  dinner or drinks at one of the few restaurants overlooking the lake  via boat or land.  

Boating is great on this large lake. (Michigans largest inland lake!) Great for wakeboarding, skiing, tubing, etc. Beautiful lake to cruise around  and enjoy.

Fishing is great just yards out from cottage. Can row out and be in great fishing spot.

Enjoy  cookouts and fun in the sum  with a beautiful lake view.

Many good restaurants and restaurant/bars also for dining and/or nightlife. Enjoy karoke, live bands or dancing at one of popular night spots around the lake.   

Walking/ hiking trails. close by. Canoe, kayak along the lake or on nearby rivers.  Town just 15 minutes away with lots to do... Go carts, batting cages, putt putt golf, a charming, rustic family movie theater..Family golf course just 2 minutes down road, along with many other beautiful golf courses in the nearby area. Quaint gift and antique stores, along with other major stores for shopping.

Great snowmobiling lake and area.  Great trails nearby or zip across and around lake and visit  the many bars and restaurants. Great icefishing just yards out in front of cottage... Fun activities winter and summer! Lots to do. Houghton Lake is a Great vacation place! Hope to see ya!

Summer: (Memorial Weekend.-Labor Day Weekend) Nightly rate: $175.00-$225.00 per night.  Weekly:  ($1,250.00 per week- Includes cleaning fee and everything). 

Off Season: (Mid Sept.- May):   $160.00 - $185.00 weekend nights.  Two night min.

Summer and Winter Holiday Weekends - (Memorial, July Fourth, Labor Day) and  Winter Tip UpTown festival weekend - $25.00 extra per night.
