This beautiful, new 2 bedroom 2.5 bath Cottage - style townhouse is handsomely furnished and well appointed and enjoys use of The Lakes clubhouse amenities. Both bedrooms are upstairs, one with king bed, one with queen, 2 full baths.
For additional sleeping there are two queen airbeds and a sofa sleeper in the living room.
The main level has the living room (surround sound satellite TV and stereo, gas fireplace), huge, well-equipped kitchen, dining room and half bath. There is a private back yard with patio, BBQ, patio furniture and nice lawn area. Two car garage, garbage pickup
Amenities at the club house include: heated swimming pool and spas, work out room, small theatre, dry sauna and wet sauna, kitchen/outside BBQ
Guests enjoy use of kayaks and canoes on the lakes behind the clubhouse.
